Do your kids love Lego’s? If so, this is the perfect event for you. Hosted by the Albany Institute of History & Art, the Lego® Challenge will be held over Columbus Day weekend, Saturday, October 6th – Monday, October 8th.
This is a great chance to bring friends and family together to build creative Lego® structures. This year’s Lego® Challenge theme is “on the River,” whether you create a boat, a bridge, a house with a water view, or even an underwater creature, let your imagination run wild. Basic Lego® blocks will be supplied, however, contestants can bring their own. Space is limited for this event and pre-registration is recommended.
The registration fee is: members $15/ team and non-members $20/team. Teams can be anywhere from 1-4 people and can include all ages. Below is a list of the building sessions and for more information or to register go to www.albanyinstitute.org.
