Re-purpose Kids Summer Clothes into Fall

Now that you have all the school supplies for this year.  Let’s make sure that your kids are looking and feeling great in their outfits!

Let’s face it…kids clothing is expensive.  We have come up with some creative ways to re-purpose summer clothes that still fit, but you can wear into the fall and winter.

Short-sleeve t-shirts: Does your child have a TON of short sleeve t-shirts that you are
thinking they will not be able to wear as the weather continues to cool
down?  Guess again!  Grab a couple of long-sleeve solid t-shirts from
a staple store, like Old Navy or Target, for $7 or less.  (As the
weather gets even cooler, use long sleeve thermals to do the job.)  Layering
the long sleeve shirt UNDER the short sleeve tee will keep it functional this fall and
will also give your kid an totally in-style layered look!

Leggings:  For girls leggings are great for playing and can be layered under a
skirt or dress to make those would-be summer pieces last longer!
Sweats: Grab a few pairs of pocketed sweatpants.  The pocket, adds a
slightly casual look to make the sweats, just dressy enough for a day
at school!
Splurge This Season: Colored Jeans
Boys and Girls alike: Think deep berries for girls and rich
sapphires for boys!  Add a pop of color with denim to any t-shirt or
boho top (girls) to make your little one a rad Kiddo this fall.
